I Alonzo Church of Clarke Co. + State of Ga, being of sound mind + memory + in health of body do now make + publish this my last will + testament viz.
I give + bequeath all my Estate both personal + real to my children in the following manner, Viz, To my Daughter Elvira A. Lee my Servant Elvir about 10 years of age + four Ala. Fla. R.R. Bonds of 500 Dolalrs each, Nos. 401, 406, 407 + 411 + One New Orleans + Jackson + Great Northern R.R. Co. Bond One thousand Dollars No. 1627 + One Five Hundred Dollar Bond Augusta + Waynesboro R.R. Bond No 607 to be held in trust for use + support during her natural life, the interest only to be used, + the services of the servant.
Also I give to me Son William L. Church my servant Alfred + four Ala. + Fla R.R. Bonds five hundred Dollars each No. 409, 408, ..., +88 + ... Savanna City Bonds five hundred Dollars each No. 839 + 840 + One New Orleans Jackson + Great Northern R.R. Bond 1629 to be held in trust for his support until he become twenty one years of age the interest + use of Servant only to be used.
I give to my Daughter Anna P. Whitner my servant Louisa + one One Thousand Dollar New Orleans + Jackson + Great Western R.R. Bond No ...
I give to my son ... W. Church twenty one shared in the Ga. R.R. + Banking Co. standing in my name on their ....
I give to my Son John R. Church two Ala. + Fla. R.R. Bonds Nos. 357 + 593 five hundred each + ... Augusta + Waynesboro R.R. Bonds Nos. 113 + 16.
I give to my daughter Julia C. ... two Ala. + Fla. R.R. Bonds ...
each five hundred Dollars + two Augusta + Sav. R.R. Bonds Nos. 456 + 458.
I give to my daughter Sarah J. Whitner One Augusta + Sav. R.R. Bond No. 459 fice hundred Dollars + Fifteen Shares of the S. Western R.R. Co.
I give to my daughter Elizabeth C. Robb Ten Shares of the S. Western R.R. Co. + One Thousand Dollars to be paid out of the sale of my farm in Clarke County Ga.
I give the remainder of the price of my farm to be divided equally among my children after paying all my lawful debts.
And I give my Servants Hanson + Caloline to my children to be taken care of + not to be removed from Athens without their (the Servants consent and also the same with respect to the Servant Sophia + her children. And the rest of my Estate whatever it may be to be sold + equally divided among my children.
